A Little About Me
My name is Phil Dave Gélinas. I'm an Acadian, French-Canadian living in Montréal, Canada. I've been working in the GovTech space since January 2023, with a primary focus on the Merx, Periscope S2G, Bidnet Direct and the now sunsetted BidSync platforms. Since starting in this space, I've assisted thousands of businesses looking to work in the public sector and with the Canadian and American governments. From refining keywords and codes (NIGP, GSIN, UNSPSC) for medical supplies, to helping research military contracts, I've done it all.
