A Little About Me
My name is Phil Dave Gélinas, I'm a French-Canadian based in Montréal. I’ve worked in the software industry since mid 2022, with a strong focus on eProcurement. During my time in this field, I’ve managed tens of millions in recurring revenue, increased this same revenue by more than $1M in 2025, managed over 20 000 clients like Google, Bell and Rogers, and helped my clients find profitable government contracts across both Canada and the United States.
